Shipping Policy


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully enter and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.  

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, Please contact us as soon as possible at We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address.  If we are unable to, We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen).  You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Style LA does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.  Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimatthough, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

  2. Securely repackage the merchandise you are returning to us, either in its original packaging or in packaging that is comparable to the original

  4. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred from the exchange or return for store credit (E-Gift Card) . will only reimburse shipping fees related to orders in which the merchandise arrived to the customer damaged or the incorrect item was received.
  5. To ensure we receive your package, obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for item(s) we never receive.
  6. Once we receive the item(s) you've returned, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets the criteria specified in the terms stated above.
